Returns

Our goal at Freedom Paper is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If any issues arise, we'd be happy to help resolve them. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

We ask you to please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you have any concerns, call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-310-3335, and we will gladly take care of you.

FOR PRODUCT DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT
Our products ship in rugged cartons designed to protect the product and our reputation from the hazards of shipments. Unfortunately, damage may still occur on occasion. If merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, make sure the damage is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Freedom Paper to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in; notify Freedom Paper immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Freedom Paper of damaged goods within the first (FIVE) 5 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.

NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS
Freedom Paper offers a TEN (10) DAYS RETURN POLICY from day of arrival and a 25% restocking fee on product ordered in error. Return the item in the same condition as received with no damage, marking, or alteration. Please call 866-310-3335 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping back your product. NO returns of any type can be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem. All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. We must receive product within TEN (10) DAYS of RMA for you to receive proper credit. HP and CANON Products are non-returnable.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS
All claims for HP or Canon must be made directly with the respective manufacturer. If we can assist with phone numbers please give us a call at 866-310-3335. All other claims must be made within TEN (10) DAYS of arrival. Return the item in the same condition as received with no damage, marking, or alteration. SHIPMENT ERRORS
If you receive the wrong product or the wrong quantity due to our error, Please make your claim within TEN (10) days by calling our customer service department at 866-310-3335. We must receive product within TEN (10) DAYS of RMA for you to receive proper credit.
