Using dye inks for outdoor graphics isn’t recommended. But if you want to post laminated event graphics outside for just a few days, use a laminating film with UV-light inhibitors to encapsulate the prints so they won’t get wet or fade.

You can conduct some informal, outdoor tests to see how many days a graphic printed with dye ink will last when exposed to the humidity, temperature, and weather conditions of your area.
