This entry-level, easy-to-use, 600 dpi scanner is for architects, engineers, consulting firms, small offices, and K-12 schools who do occasional scanning and copying or large documents. The L36ei scanner can capture images up to 36 in. wide on a documents up to 38 in. wide. You can scan documents up to 5 mm thick, with a face-up/rear-exit, straight paper path. The scanner features a touch screen operation panel that lets you choose from 3 quality modes: draft, standard, and best. Scanning speeds go up to 3 in. per second monochrome and 1 in. per second color. The full-width, single-component LED image sensor warms up quickly and reduces the risk of misaligned scan data or shadowing at creases or folds.
This compactly designed, Wi-Fi-compatible, 5-color, pigment ink printer handles sheets or rolls of bond paper, everyday photo papers, and sign and weather-resistant display materials in widths from 8 in. to 24 in. Nearly 60 percent quieter than previous models, it is designed for secure, fast. distraction-free printing of multi-page files in small offices.
LUCIA TD aqueous pigment inks can produce fine-lines, sharp text, and bright colors on both inkjet coated paper and non-inkjet paper. Drawings and maps printed on water-resistant inkjet media can withstand many outdoor conditions, including those at construction sites. The five colors include Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, and Matte Black. The inks are supplied in three sizes of high-capacity ink tanks (160 ml, 330 ml and 700 ml) to reduce overall ink costs. You can use a combination of large and small ink tanks, if you typically produce more documents that use black inks than colored inks.
Several security features help prevent leaks of confidential informations. Secure communication features include: 802.1x Authentication; SNMPv3; SSL/TLS; IPSec. Functionality restrictions include: Panel Lock by Remote UI; Remote UI Multilevel; Hide IP from Panel; Panel Access Control; Job Storage and PIN Printing. Secure storage features include Secure Disk Erase that conforms to U.S. Department of Defense Standard DoD522022-M. The administrator can disable functions such as: job-log lookup, FTP and Telenet protocols, and the Internet connection.
A 3-inch color touchscreen operations panel makes it easy to view printer information and perform simple operations.
Wi-Fi connectivity is standard on imagePROGRAF TM printers. No Wi-Fi router must be set up during installation. The Wi-Fi connectivity improves your workflow by speeding up the transfer of technical drawings whether you are printing on a jobsite or in the office.
Canon’s printhead technology lays down ink with outstanding speed and accuracy. The six-channel PF-06 thermal inkjet printhead was engineered to work with the printer’s high-speed carriage and high-frequency ink ejection to facilitate fast printing. The nozzle orifice shape in the PF-06 printhead minimizes mist spray and produces clean lines and text. The high-precision, high-density printhead has a total of 15,360 nozzles and lays down tiny, 5-picoliter-sized ink droplets. The result is 2400 x 1200 dpi output (max) with fine lines that are accurate to ±0.10% and as thin as 0.02 mm.
This system minimizes wasted ink by enabling you to use all of the available ink in a tank before replacing it. You can also replace empty ink tanks without stopping the printer. This is extremely useful on long print jobs.
This feature allows you to print to any imagePROGRAF TM Series device without installing additional drivers for each model. This makes it easier to install multiple devices within the same environment. The Windows driver and Macintosh driver incorporate simple page set-up options, one-touch borderless printing, expanded color settings, and other intuitive features for easy operation.
This cloud portal and batch-printing solution helps you expand your printing workflow. You can upload documents to your cloud account using any WebDAV-compliant cloud service and print the uploaded documents from almost anywhere. Easy share and/or print .cpfx PosterArtist, PDF, TIFF, JPEG, and HP-GL/2 files through the user-friendly interface. Click the Shortcut Print feature to set up hot folders on your desktop. Then drag and drop the files you wish to print into these folders and the print job will start automatically. You can even set up multiple folders, each with their own customized settings. This feature also enables you to see thumbnail previews of multi-page PDF print jobs.
This print uility enables you to nest multiple jobs, tile multiple pages to create larger prints, or create custom layouts. The plug-in enables you to print directly from Microsoft Office programs.
This tool helps you accurately manage printing costs by tracking how much ink and paper are consumed during each large-format print job. You can assign the costs of your ink and paper to determine your overall printing expenses. Each individual ink tank and each paper type can have its own cost associated to it. You can input a variable cost to be add to the total cost of the paper and ink consumed. Then, export the data in a .csv format Microsoft Excel and use the data for billing purposes.
Use this software to quickly and easily create posters for presentations, trade shows, and signage. You can create multilingual posters or combine multiple "tiles" to form a much bigger print than you could get from your printer.
This specialized driver is compatible with a variety of AutoCAD software products and helps ensure optimal, reliable printing. This module is automatically loaded whenever someone attempts to print from AutoCAD. It is 33 percent faster than printing AutoCAD files through the previous Canon HDI Driver.
Printer administrators can use this software to continuously monitor the status and ink levels on multiple Canon TM printers.
